About the Post Graduate Programme in Startup Management (PGPSM)

About the Post Graduate Programme in Startup Management (PGPSM)

The Post Graduate Programme in Startup Management (PGPSM) combines management learning with venture building, founder-led learning and startup immersion, enabling participants to learn how startups identify opportunities, build products, acquire customers, raise capital and scale.

At PGPSM, startup management is learnt not only through concepts and cases, but through real startup challenges and decisions under uncertainty. Participants engage with founders, build and test ideas, work with startups, and develop practical capabilities across product, growth, finance and technology. The programme also integrates AI into the learning journey, preparing participants to understand and use emerging technologies as they reshape businesses and the way startups are built.

Powered by the SPJIMR WISE Tech startup ecosystem, PGPSM connects participants with founders, investors, mentors, startups and ecosystem partners. By combining management foundations with hands-on experience and deep ecosystem exposure, the programme builds the judgement, capabilities and confidence to work in a startup, contribute to a high-growth business, or eventually build a venture of their own.
